  • How much is the deposit to place an order?

    A 50% deposit fee (of the total balance) is due at the time of order. The remaining payment is collected 2 weeks before the event date.

    If your event is within 2 weeks of or date Full Balance will be due!

  • How Long In advance do I need to place an order?

    Most designs are custom made so we do ask that you place your order 2 weeks before your event date.

    We do place orders up to 1 year in advance for weddings and special events.

  • Are there any additional charges or extra Fees?

    Any other fees will be determined at the time of your consultation.

  • Do you take emergency orders? What would I need to do?

    Yes!

    We do place emergency orders depending on the date of the event. and design. We ask that you try to at least place your order within 4 days of the event.

    There will be a rush fee of $25.00 for an order placed within in a 2-week timeframe from your event.

  • Do Wedding Cakes come with anniversary cake?

    Yes!

    All wedding cakes come with a 6 inch anniversary cake for you. You’ll be able to save for your 1st anniversary because it is free of charge.

    *It must be one of your wedding cake flavors.

    *Only buttercream is offered

  • How Much is Delivery Fee? How is it Calculated?

    Delivery anywhere within DFW Metroplex has a set fee of $35.00.

    Any deliver over 30-mile radius will have a fee of $35.00 and milage will apply at $0.50 a mile.

    Example: Delivery 60 miles away $35.00 Flat Rate + 30 miles.

    $0.50 x 30 miles = $15.00 + Flat Rate $35.00 = $50.00 for delivery.
